| It is the customers responsibility to select the correct method of shipping. We do not ship airguns, liquids, pellets, or CO2 cylinders through the post office, except for internationally. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges, we reserve the right to adjust the shipping charges or method of shipment if the incorrect method of shipping is chosen, the amount is insufficient, or if another method of shipping is preferrable, or more convenient. We reserve the right to ship ALL domestic packages via UPS and not the post office. Post office shipments are not trackable unless Express Mail is used, therefore, if you select a method of shipment other then express mail it is at your own risk, may not be insured, and we will most likely ship it UPS anyway (unless you are in Alaska, Hawaii, or one of the US Territories). All UPS shipments are trackable and insured and this is our preferred way of shipping so please provide a street address for UPS delivery. ALL INTERNATIONAL SHIPPMENTS WILL BE VIA THE POST OFFICE NOT UPS!. International shipments which are not insured of the full amount are at the buyers own risk. International shippments are only traceable when Express Mail is used. If Express Mail is not availble to your location shippment will be by Insured Priority Mail. Most small orders or orders of small parts will be shipped in padded envelopes, while most large items, including pellets, large plastic parts, and other fragile items will be shipped boxed. Generally, we only ship one or two days a week to control cost and manage our time more efficiently and hold down shipping costs. Additionally, since the post office will not accept a claim for a lost shipment for 30 days after shipping and UPS shipments can be slow, and a heavy work and travel schedule, as well as time out of the shop, please allow 2 to 4 weeks for delivery of your order. Please consider this when selecting your shipping method. Please do not return any merchandise with prior approval. We assess a 10 percent restocking fee on returned merchandise. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding on this matter. In an effort to save our customers as much money as possible on shipping charges, we will combine shipping on multiple orders placed within a short period of time whenever possible. Normally, orders are shipped within 5 business days. So if a 2nd order is placed before your first order is processed, we will ship the orders together and adjust YOUR shipping charges accordingly. However, some orders are shipped the same day that we receive them. Obviously, in this case, separate orders will be shipped. Most customers have come to understand that shipping is quite expensive due to rising fuel costs. Unfortunately, we must pass those increases on to our customers. But we do try to save YOU money whenever possible, that includes combining shipments and reusing boxes and packaging materials. |
