MISSION STATEMENT

JG Airguns, LLC strives to make your experience with us successful and pleasant. We look forward to and enjoy helping shooters, collectors, and repair shops rebuild, restore, refurbish family heirlooms and significant historical airguns. We will share any information possible to make the hobby more enjoyable. We believe that it is important to understand as much as possible about airguns to really enjoy shooting and collecting them. To that end JG Airguns, LLC, is willing to share its knowledge to help our customers enjoy airguns and be successful in their airgun endeavors. We believe that airguning is a growing hobby and will support Youth Shooting programs whenever possible.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Orders are filled on a first-come-first-served basis.

We have a $15.00 minimum order.

JG Airguns, LLC reserves the right to alter, without prior notice, the content of our website. We take great care in providing accurate descriptions of our parts online, but shades, colors, materials of manufacture, finish, etc. of some items vary. Slight variations are out of our control. Please be aware that manufacturers will occasionally make a slight change in a part and not change the part number. Additionally, some items will have different part numbers from your spec sheet because manufactures commonly change the part numbers. For example; part number CRS2200-021 was changed to CRS2200A021, CRS2200B021... CRS2200L021 and CRS130-059 was changed to CRS760-042. Please be sure to check the picture and description before placing your order. We want you to be happy with your purchase from JG Airguns, LLC. For this reason we try to describe and depict our products as accurately as possible and try to add additional information about some items related to their use. If you are not happy with your purchase, please refer to our Shipping, Receiving, and Return policy. If you see an error on our website, please bring it to our attention and we will correct it. We are always open to suggestions that will improve our website and service.

JG Airguns, LLC strongly recommends that parts are installed by a professional gunsmith. JG Airguns, LLC cannot be held responsible for damage or injury during the installation caused by poor workmanship. JG Airguns, LLC cannot be held responsible for careless use of an airgun. For this reason, we do not supply installation instructions, nor do most manufacturers.

Since we do not have your exact gun in front of us and there are numerous variations of most guns, it is difficult to recommend the exact parts you may need. But we do our best to help you make the correct choices for your specific needs. Also, we cannot provide repair instructions or directions. Selecting the correct parts to fix your gun is your responsibility.

We have over 12,000 different parts available for purchase. Some of these parts are new, some are rebuilt, some are reproductions, and some are USED. Seals are ALWAYS NEW! Rebuilt parts will have new seals installed on them. USED parts are generally obsolete and you should not expect to get the exact part you may see in the picture on our website. USED parts, vary in condition of ware and appearance, but will provide good service. We always ship new factory parts before rebuilt or used ones. We always select the part in the best condition from our stock at the time an order is being filled.

If a part is no longer available or if you have ordered more than we have available, a refund will be issued at the time of shipping. You will not be notified before shipping.

If you purchased a downloadable PDF, you have 5 days or 5 attempts to download your purchase before it expires.  We strongly advise that you download at the time of purchase.  If your download expires, we are not able to reinstate it.  

SHIPPING, RECEIVING, AND RETURNS

Shipping charges depend on the destination, weight, and the method you pick.  Shipping weight and charges, include HANDLING.  It is shipping and handling.  Customers are not charged "actual" postage.  They are charged shipping and handling.   WE SHIP WORLDWIDE.

Shipping charges are not refundable unless an item is defective or you received a part you did not order.

We are NOT responsible for your purchase once it has been shipped. We cannot guarantee delivery date or transit time. We can only give an estimated delivery based on the carrier and shipping method YOU chose. Therefore, we strongly suggest you purchase postal insurance.

Choosing expedited shipping DOES NOT affect our processing time. Your order still goes through our standard processing. Expedited shipping ONLY controls how long it takes your carrier to deliver your package, that is out of our control. We ship orders 2 days/times per week excluding holidays, inventory closures, emergencies, etc. Order turn around time is 5-7 business days. There are times when orders will ship the next day but please understand that there will be times when it takes 7 busines days. Slightly longer during the pandemic.   If you have made an error in your shipping address, processing time starts after the correction is made by you.  If your order includes a part that requires that you send in an exchange, processing time starts after we receive your part.  

Shipping insurance protects YOU against loss or damage. If YOU choose not to insure your purchase and there is loss or damage, it is YOUR responsibility to deal with the carrier and pay to purchase a replacement part. We are not responsible for loss or damage once your order is transferred to the carrier.  INSURANCE CLAIMS must be filed in accordance with the USPS.  You have 60 days to file a claim for domestic shipments and 90 days to file a claim for International shipments.  If you do not file within this timeframe, your claim will be denied. 

If you provide an accurate email address, a tracking number will be sent automatically when the carrier scans your package.  

Any errors or omissions from your shipping address on your order, WILL CAUSE DELAYS in shipment and processing.  Inaccurate address may incur a $5.00 correction fee, this is to cover the time we have already spent picking and packaging your order, attempting to ship your order, emails that we have sent and putting your parts away should you chose to cancel.  If your order is returned to us due to any inaccuracies on your part, you will be charged additional shipping fees to ship your order a second time to a corrected address.  Including your 9 DIGIT ZIP CODE helps eliminate shipping errors and is required. When you select the state you live in, they are listed alphabetically with AL (Alabama) first. If you do not change this, the default will say AL which WILL DELAY YOUR SHIPMENT. Making changes to an order after placing it on our website or insufficient or erroneous contact information, WILL CAUSE DELAYS in shipment and processing.

Canceled orders may be charged a restocking fee if the order has already been pulled and ready for shipment.

We DO NOT ship parts, no matter how small or light weight, in a regular paper envelope because they are not insured or traceable and are easily lost or damaged going through the carriers machines.

Inspect your shipment as soon as you receive it to avoid missing the 30 day return policy.  PLEASE KEEP ALL PACKAGING AS PROOF OF DAMAGE FOR INSURANCE CLAIMS.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Items ordered in error, will be charged a 15% restocking fee and shipping is non-refundable.

Do not attempt to modify, disable, or use any part you intend to return. This will void your ability to return the item.  PLEASE KEEP ALL PACKAGING AS PROOF OF DAMAGE FOR INSURANCE CLAIMS.

Any claims for shortages and errors must be sent to questions@jgairguns.biz within 3 days of receipt. Before contacting us, please thoroughly check all packaging materials, open all boxes, look around you (on the floor, for example) to ensure that you really do have a shortage. Also, check the invoice to confirm the shortage.  PLEASE KEEP ALL PACKAGING AS PROOF OF DAMAGE FOR INSURANCE CLAIMS.

You MUST contact JGAirguns, LLC with in 3 days of receipt of your order and get Authorization from JGAirguns before returning a part. Returns must be sent within 30 days of receipt. When returning a part, it must be returned in the same manner and by the same carrier that you originally purchased. I.E. If you selected Priority Shipping and Insurance, you must ship it back the same way and insure it for the purchase price.  Please do not require a signature, it WILL be returned to you.

Returns MUST include:

  • Your name
  • Your address
  • Your phone number
  • Email address
  • Written explanation of why the part is being returned
  • A statement noting if you want a refund or a replacement

Certain parts (that will be noted on your order) require that you send an exchange part. Please package your exchange carefully so it does not rip an envelope and get lost in the mail. We can not guarantee a replacement part will be available if we do not receive your exchange in the mail. Please do not send extra parts, they will not be returned to you.  Please do not require a  signature, it will be refused.   Please be sure that there is enough postage on your package. If there is postage due, your package will be refused.  Exchanges must include:

  • Your name
  • Your address
  • Your phone number
  • Email address
  • Order number from website

Order turn around time is 5-7 business days. There are times when orders will ship the next day but please understand that there will be times when it takes 5 business days.

Reserve the right not to sell

Under federal anti-discrimination laws, businesses can refuse service to any person for any reason, unless the business is discriminating against a protected class. JGAirguns reserves the right not to sell to those using foul language, threats, or continue rude behaviour in emails, phone calls, texts, comments and in any other means of communication.   Using foul languange in emails to us, is immediate grounds for closing your account and cutting off all further communications.

PRIVACY POLICY

NOTICE: This Privacy Policy covers JGAirguns treatment of personally identifiable information you voluntarily submit when you are on our site.

Information Collection and Use
JGAirguns collects personal information when you create an account. JGAirguns only uses this information for the purpose of processing and shipping your order.

Information Sharing and Disclosure
JGAirguns will not sell, lease, give, or share your personal information to anyone, company, or entity.

Cookies
JGAirguns may set and access cookies on your computer.

Security
The JGAirguns shopping cart is a secure area. JGAirguns uses industry-standard SSL-encryption to protect data transmissions.

Privacy Policy Changes
JGAirguns reserves the right to amend this policy from time to time. If we make any substantial changes in the way we use your personal information we will notify you by posting a prominent announcement on our pages.

Age Restriction
Under the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, no web site operator can require, a condition of participation in an activity, that a child under the age of thirteen disclose more information than is reasonably necessary. JGAirguns abides by this requirement. In fact, children under the age of thirteen are not permitted to submit personal information nor to register to win prizes in contests.

We require your age when you create an account with us because many places prohibit sales of BBs, pellets, and airguns to minors, You must be 18 years old to place an order with us.
